Guidelines on Data Breach
The EDPS has issued guidelines on personal data breach notification for the EU institutions and bodies.
Under the new Regulation (EU) 2018/1725, all European institutions and bodies have a duty to report certain types of personal data breaches to the EDPS. If you have experienced a personal data breach, we advise you first to read our guidelines before submitting a data breach notification form.
La Convention 108 - prix Stefano Rodotà
Le Comité de la Convention 108 a le plaisir de vous annoncer le lancement de la première édition du prix Stefano Rodotà, développé dans le but de mettre en lumière des projets de recherche académique originaux et innovants en matière de protection des données.
Ce prix sera décerné en l’honneur et à la mémoire du Professeur et politicien italien Stefano Rodotà.
L’objectif de cette initiative est de faire avancer la réflexion en matière de protection des données, et de développer les politiques y afférentes, tout en conférant une visibilité accrue aux projets créatifs et de qualité issus du monde académique.
