Mr Paul Ash is a Chief Executive of the Chief Executive of the Christchurch Call Foundation. The Christchurch Call was established in the aftermath of the 2019 Christchurch terrorist attack in New Zealand. It is a collaborative effort between governments, tech companies, and civil society to try and prevent terrorists from using social media to amplify their attacks. Recent news also announce the launch of the Christchurch Call Foundation. Whilst the initiative focuses on countering terrorism and violent extremism online, we will dive into their perspectives on data protection and privacy.
