Juni 2026 organisieren der Europäische Datenschutzbeauftragte (EDSB), der Bundesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit (BfDI) und der Bayerische Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz (BayLfD) eine hochrangige Debatte über die Omnibus-Vorschläge der Europäischen Kommission und deren Auswirkungen auf die Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) sowie auf den digitalen Regulierungsrahmen der Europäischen Union insgesamt. Die Veranstaltung wird freundlicherweise von der Vertretung des Freistaates Bayern bei der Europäischen Union in Brüssel ausgerichtet.
