EDPS Formal comments on the draft Commission Decision laying down detailed
rules for the application of Regulation (EC) No 767/2008 of the European Parliament
and of the Council, as regards model contingency plans regarding fall-back
procedures for the cases of technical impossibility to access data at the external
borders.
