EDPS Formal comments on the draft Implementing Regulation for the implementation of the Asylum and Migration Management Regulation laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) 2024/1351, as regards asylum and migration management repealing Regulation (EC) No 1560/2003.

EDPS Formal comments on the draft Commission Implementing Decisions amending Decisions C(2021) 5620 and C(2021) 5619 laying down a standard form for informing individuals of the creation of a white link pursuant to Regulations (EU) 2019/817 and 2019/818.

The EDPS publishes an Opinion on the Proposal for a Regulation establishing a common system for the return of third-country nationals staying illegally in the EU. The objective of the Proposal is to ensure the effective return and re-admission of third-country nationals illegally staying in the EU by providing Member States with simplified and common rules.
