Die praktische Umsetzung dieser Grundfreiheiten durch Vorschriften unter anderem in Bezug auf Zahlungsdienste oder Software-Anwendungen für den Informationsaustausch (wie das Binnenmarkt-Informationssystem – IMI) bringt es mit sich, dass personenbezogene Daten verarbeitet werden.
