Secretary General's Envoy on Technology

Mr Gill represents a thought leader on digital technology. His expertise in digital technologies is complemented with a keen understanding of how the digital transformation can be used for progress on the Sustainable Development Goals. Previously, he served as Executive Director and Co-Lead of the UN Secretary-General’s High-Level Panel on Digital Cooperation, where he contributed to draft UNESCO recommendation on the ethics of Al. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the International Digital Health and Artificial Intelligence Research Collaborative project, based at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva.
