EDPS Formal comments on the draft Commission Implementing Decisions amending Decisions C(2021) 5620 and C(2021) 5619 laying down a standard form for informing individuals of the creation of a white link pursuant to Regulations (EU) 2019/817 and 2019/818.

EDPS Formal comments on the draft Commission Implementing Decision, as regards technical specifications for the quality, resolution and processing of facial images, necessary for the technical development and implementation of the centralised system for the identification of Member States holding conviction information on third-country nationals and stateless persons (ECRIS-TCN).

The EDPS publishes an Opinion on the Proposal for a Regulation establishing a common system for the return of third-country nationals staying illegally in the EU. The objective of the Proposal is to ensure the effective return and re-admission of third-country nationals illegally staying in the EU by providing Member States with simplified and common rules.

EDPS Formal comments on the draft Delegated Regulations amending Delegated Regulations C(2022) 4775 and C(2022) 4759 of 11.7.2022 supplementing Regulations (EU) 2019/817 and 2019/818 as regards determining cases where identity data are considered as same or similar for the purpose of the multiple identity detection.
