Die Aufsicht über diese Datenbanken teilen sich die nationalen Datenschutzbehörden und der EDSB.
Zur Sicherstellung eines hohen und einheitlichen Datenschutzniveaus arbeiten die nationalen Datenschutzbehörden und der EDSB zusammen, um die Aufsicht über diese Datenbanken zu koordinieren.
Die 20. Ausgabe des Internationalen Organisationsworkshops wird am 25. bis 26. September 2025 stattfinden. Der Europäische Datenschutzbeauftragte (EDPS) und die United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) richten gemeinsam den IOW 2025, den Internationalen Organisationsworkshop zu Datenschutz, aus. Das Event wird in Paris im Hauptsitz von UNESCO sowie online stattfinden.
