Binnenmarkt
Der Binnenmarkt ermöglicht es Menschen, Waren, Dienstleistungen und Kapital, sich freier in der EU zu bewegen, eröffnet so neue Möglichkeiten für Bürger, Arbeitnehmer, Unternehmen und Verbraucher und schafft die in Europa so dringend benötigten neuen Arbeitsplätze und Wachstum. Die praktische Umsetzung dieser Grundfreiheiten durch Vorschriften unter anderem in Bezug auf Zahlungsdienste oder Software-Anwendungen für den Informationsaustausch (wie das Binnenmarkt-Informationssystem – IMI) bringt es mit sich, dass personenbezogene Daten verarbeitet werden.
